Part III · Chapter 9
The Map as One System
How one square leads to the next.
Section 1
The chain
From the Mission MapA thought hits your Head ("they're disrespecting me"). It lands in your Heart (exposed, angry). It fires your Gut (bracing, then the hair trigger). In two seconds, one thought has moved you across all three rows.
It runs the other way too. A tired, braced body produces dark thoughts. A cut-off heart makes everything look like a threat.
Section 2
Columns travel together
From the Mission MapWhen one row slides right into fear, the others usually follow. When one row comes back to center, it pulls the others with it. That's why one breath, one honest conversation, or one clear thought can shift your whole position.
Section 3
Feedback loops
From the Mission MapWhen your body is in alarm, your Head row slides toward fear too. A braced body produces fearful thoughts. That's why the Gut row is often where change has to start.
It runs the other way too. A tired, braced body produces dark thoughts. A cut-off heart makes everything look like a threat.
Section 4
There's no set order
From the Mission MapNobody walks the map the same way. You can start on any square and explore any square on its own. The pattern that matters is yours.
