Part I · Chapter 6

Neuroplasticity and the Possibility of Change

Why old patterns can shift.

Section 1

Why working old stuff can change it

Cited research

When an old memory is recalled, it becomes briefly changeable before it's stored again. Recalling it in a safe state, with new meaning attached, is how old memories lose their charge. That's why you walk the map on old stuff, not just new.

Section 2

You don't fight a belief. You replace it.

From the Mission Map

Arguing with a core belief makes it stronger. Instead, write a faith-based version you can actually believe, then collect evidence for it the same way fear collected evidence for the old one.

Section 3

Neuroplasticity in plain language

Needs owner input

This section is waiting on the program owner. The program doesn't yet have a verified source on neuroplasticity in general. Add one to the reference library and this chapter can be written from it. Until it's written, nothing here is invented to fill the gap.
